At Ascenzo, we strive to provide excellent services and ensure your satisfaction with our work. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which we may issue a refund for the services we provide. By engaging with our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Consultation and Service Agreements
Before starting any project or service, Ascenzo will provide a formal agreement that outlines the scope, deliverables, and payment terms. Services will only begin once the client has signed this agreement and made any necessary payments in accordance with the terms stated.
We do not begin work until the signed agreement is received, which ensures that both parties are aligned on the expectations for the project.

3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be requested in the following circumstances:

Cancellation Before Work Begins: If you decide to cancel the project prior to the start of work, you may be eligible for a refund, excluding any non-refundable deposit as outlined in the agreement.

Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and a full or partial refund may be granted depending on the specific circumstances and the terms of the signed agreement.

4. No Refunds for Completed Work
Once services have been fully rendered, Ascenzo will not issue refunds. This includes completed designs, consultations, or any work that has been finalized and delivered according to the agreed-upon timeline.

5. Consultation Services
For consultations, Ascenzo requires a signed agreement before any work begins. Refunds for consultation services will only be considered if the session is canceled at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled consultation time will not be eligible for a refund.
If a client does not attend the consultation without prior notice, the client will forfeit any payment made.

6. Process for Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, the client must contact Ascenzo via email or through the communication channel outlined in the signed agreement. The refund request should include:

We will acknowledge receipt of the refund request and respond with a decision within 10 business days. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 10-14 business days after approval, depending on payment method.

7. Modifications and Cancellations

Modifications to Services: Clients may request modifications to the scope of work before services are completed. If the requested modifications affect the scope or payment structure, the client will receive a revised agreement for approval.

Cancellations: If a project is canceled after work has started but before completion, the client will be responsible for payment of all completed work up to the cancellation date.
